免疫球蛋白Ig是由浆细胞、前浆细胞或淋巴细胞产生的,人体每天约有1/4的免疫球蛋白进行更换。健康人每日可合成2～5克免疫球蛋白,但在感染、应急反应时,合成量能增加7倍。所以免疫球蛋白在人体中变化较大,是机体免疫系统的重要组成部分,在防御感染和免疫调节中发挥着重要的作用
