采用计算机仿真计算和现场测试方法研究硬质合金烧结-热等静压炉石墨筒内和烧结制品表面温度场不均匀问题。温度场不均匀的主要原因是发热体布置方式和功率配比不合理以及石墨舟和烧结制品的摆放和结构不合理。在不降低单炉产量的前提下,仿真优化确定了石墨筒内结构的最优布置方式。通过优化仿真后,石墨筒内部温度均匀性得到改善,烧结制品表面温度偏差在气体加热阶段减少到±7℃以内,提高了烧结质量。
The problems of non-uniform temperature field in the cemented carbide sintering-hot isostatic pressing furnace graphite cylinder and sintered products were studied by computer simulation and field test methods. The main reason for the uneven temperature field is the layout of the heating element and the power ratio is not reasonable and graphite boat and sintering products placed and structure unreasonable. Under the premise of not reducing the output of single furnace, the optimal arrangement of graphite cylinder structure was determined by simulation and optimization. After optimization of the simulation, the temperature uniformity inside the graphite cylinder is improved. The deviation of the surface temperature of the sintered product is reduced to within ± 7 ° C during gas heating, which improves the sintering quality.
