目的对某在建地下工事存在的职业病危害因素进行检测分析,以提出有针对性的防护建议。方法对某在建地下工事相关岗位和工种进行职业病危害因素检测和职业卫生现场调查。结果水磨石打磨岗位总尘(TSP)短时间接触浓度高达22.2 mg/m~3,职业接触限值为8 mg/m~3;10名从事焊接和切割打磨作业的官兵个体声暴露剂量中9名超出国家标准85 dB(A)。结论该在建地下工事水磨石打磨作业岗位官兵粉尘短时间接触浓度,焊接、切割打磨岗位官兵A计权日暴露声级超过了职业接触限值的要求,存在一定的危害,应加强防护,减少对劳动者的损害。
Objective To detect and analyze the occupational hazards existing in the underground fortifications under construction so as to put forward the targeted protection suggestions. Methods To carry out occupational disease hazard detection and occupational health field investigation on the jobs and types of work under the construction of underground fortifications. Results The short-term contact concentration (TSP) was 22.2 mg / m ~ 3 and the occupational exposure limit was 8 mg / m ~ 3 for terrazzo polishing job. Nine of the 10 individuals exposed to soldering and cutting and grinding operations 85 dB (A) exceeded national standard. Conclusions The concentration of dust of officers and soldiers in the underground work fortifications under construction for a short period of time exposed to dust, welding, cutting and grinding positions A-weighted exposure level exceeds the occupational exposure limit requirements, there is a certain degree of harm, protection should be strengthened to reduce the Labor injury.
