目的探讨经腹中期妊娠多胎妊娠减胎术的方法及妊娠结局。方法选择2000年—2010年在郑州大学第一附属医院行中期妊娠减胎术的患者33例,分析中期减胎方法、减胎手术并发症、术后早产率和分娩孕周、新生儿出生体重等。结果减胎术后出血、羊水溢漏、术后早期流产、凝血障碍等无明显增高;明显延长了分娩孕周;新生儿出生体重增加。结论中期妊娠减胎术可作为避免多胎妊娠、异常胎儿出生的一种安全、简便、有效方法。 Objective To investigate the method of pregnancy reduction and pregnancy outcome in multiple pregnancy with transabdominal pregnancy. Methods Totally 33 patients underwent metaphase pregnancy reduction in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2000 to 2010 were enrolled in this study. The mid-term abortion method, the complications of aborted operation, the preterm birth rate and gestational weeks of birth were analyzed. The birth weight Wait. Results Bleeding after amniotic fluid leakage, amniotic fluid leakage, early postoperative abortion, coagulation disorders and other no significant increase; significantly prolonged birth gestational age; newborn birth weight gain. Conclusions Interim pregnancy reduction can be used as a safe, simple and effective method to avoid multiple pregnancy and abnormal fetal birth.
