农药的联合毒性资料是农药合理混配的重要依根。甲基-1605和甲胺磷是我国广泛应用的有机磷杀虫剂,现将两药的急性联合毒性试验报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1·1 材料、试剂:甲基-1605(含量94％,湖北沙市农药厂出品),甲胺磷(含量66.26％,重庆农药厂出品)。动物:wistar大鼠120只(省医科院提供),体重180～220克,随机分组,每组8只,雌雄各半,共15组。
The joint toxicity information of pesticides is an important basis of pesticide mixing. Methyl-1605 and methamidophos are widely used organophosphate insecticides in our country. The acute combined toxicity test of the two drugs is reported as follows. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Materials and reagents: methyl-1605 (content 94%, Hubei Shashi Pesticide Factory produced), methamidophos (content 66.26%, Chongqing Pesticide Factory produced). Animals: 120 wistar rats (provided by the provincial medical department) weighing 180-220 g were randomly divided into 8 groups with 15 male and one female.
