在硫酸介质下研究麝香草酚在高锰酸钾-罗丹明6G体系的化学发光行为,并对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行实验,据此建立了流动注射化学发光法检测麝香草酚的新方法。在高锰酸钾-罗丹明6G体系中测定麝香草酚的线性范围为1.0×10~(-8)—5.0×10~(-7)g/mL,检出限为4.2×10~(-9)g/mL;对浓度为2.0×10~(-7)g/mL的麝香草酚连续11次测定,其相对标准偏差为1.4%。方法用于无极膏中麝香草酚含量的测定,测得测得平均回收率为105.0%,结果满意。
The chemiluminescence of thymol in the system of potassium permanganate-rhodamine 6G was studied under sulfuric medium, and the factors influencing the chemiluminescence intensity of thymol were studied. The flow injection chemiluminescence method was established for the determination of thymol method. The linear range of thymol in the system of potassium permanganate - rhodamine 6G was 1.0 × 10 -8 -5.0 × 10 -7 g / mL with the detection limit of 4.2 × 10 ~ (- 9) g / mL. Thymol concentration 2.0 × 10 -7 g / mL was determined 11 times in succession, and the relative standard deviation was 1.4%. The method was applied to the determination of thymol in the nonpolar cream. The average recovery was 105.0%. The results were satisfactory.
