教师职业心态是教师经过理性分析和价值判断之后,逐渐形成的对于自身从事教育职业的相对稳定的心理态度。教师一旦具备了平和、稳固的职业心态,那么这种职业心态就会对他的教育工作和教育生涯产生较为强烈的导向和支配作用。湖南省株洲市白鹤小学在具体实践中,探索出一条用学校文化浸染、管理制度引领、职业心理疏导、专业团队影响来培育教师良好职业心态的路径,促进教师在原有心态的基础上逐步向积极的状态转化,让教师主动走上专业发展之路,享受专业成长的快乐。
