《数学新课程标准》指出:“学生是学习的主人,教师是学习活动的组织者和引导者。”也就是说学生要有自主学习的意识和习惯,在某种意义上是由老师来帮助养成的。课堂教学是教育的基本途径,课堂教学中,教师必须更新观念,摆正位置,使教学的效果最终落到学生身上。本文以初中数学教学的实践为例,阐述了作者如何发挥教师的主导作用,引导学生乐学、善学,真正达到让学生主动学习、掌握知识、提高思维能力的目的。
