目的 为明确过量锌对小肠粘液分泌的影响及其机制。方法 通过建立常锌 (ZN)、过量锌(ZE)大鼠模型 ,应用病理形态学手段和图像分析方法 ,对大鼠肠道粘膜粘液的产生、分泌和粘液屏障作定量定位研究。结果 ZE组第 4周末和第 7周血浆、红细胞膜和肠组织的锌含量明显高于ZN组 (P <0 .0 5 )。ZE组第 4周末和第 7周末粘液层厚度与ZN组差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;但是粘液蛋白的含量显著低于ZN组(P <0 .0 1)。结论 过量锌可引起粘液分泌的抑制 ,削弱大鼠小肠粘膜的防御能力
The purpose is to clarify the effect of excess zinc on intestinal mucus secretion and its mechanism. Methods Zinc diethylate (ZN) and excess zinc (ZE) rat models were established, and pathomorphology and image analysis were used to quantitatively study the production and secretion of mucous mucus and the mucus barrier in rats. Results The levels of zinc in plasma, erythrocyte membrane and intestinal tissue of ZE group were significantly higher than those of ZN group (P <0.05) at the 4th weekend and the 7th week. The thickness of mucus layer in ZE group was not significantly different from that in ZN group at the 4th and 7th weekend (P> 0.05), but the content of mucus protein in ZE group was significantly lower than that in ZN group (P <0.01). Conclusion Excessive zinc can cause mucus secretion inhibition, weakening the defense ability of small intestinal mucosa
