职业发展道路的设计或者变更,决定着一个人职业生涯的成功与失败,因此,选择正确的职业发展道路是一个人事业成功的重要因素。然而,女性作为社会的组成部分却不能享有和男性同样的权利,她们就业时受到显形或隐形的歧视,工作后晋升的机会受到限制,甚至与男子同工不同酬,职业发展受到各个方面的阻力,在职业生涯中不得不面对各种各样的困境。目前,女性职业生涯存在着管理资源、经济资源和社会关系网络资源欠缺的现象,造成这种状况的原因在于教育、劳动力市场性别分化、社会偏见等五个方面的因素。因此,本文在深入分析问题的本质的基础上,提出了促进女性职业生涯发展的若干措施。
The design or change of the path of career development determines the success and failure of one’s career. Therefore, selecting the correct path of career development is an important factor in the success of one’s career. However, as part of society, women are not entitled to the same rights as men. They are discriminated overtly or invisibly when they are employed. Their chances of promotion after work are limited, and even paid for equal work with men. Their career development is resistance to all aspects , Had to face a variety of difficulties in his career. At present, there are five shortages of resources in management resources, economic resources and social relations in women’s careers. The reasons for this situation lie in the following five aspects: education, gender differentiation in labor market and social prejudice. Therefore, based on the deep analysis of the essence of the problem, this paper puts forward some measures to promote the development of women’s career.
