目的比较丹参超细粉与丹参水煎液对大鼠抗凝血和抑制体内血栓形成的作用强度。方法采用皮下注射肾上腺素-冰水法制备大鼠急性血瘀模型,测定丹参超细粉与丹参水煎液对模型大鼠的凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分的凝血酶时间(APTT)及血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量。建立大鼠下腔静脉结扎模型,称静脉血栓的湿重和干重。结果与模型组比较,丹参超细粉或丹参水煎液高剂量组大鼠PT均明显延长(P<0.05);丹参超细粉低、高剂量组TT均明显延长(P<0.01);丹参水煎液高剂量组FIB含量显著减少(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,丹参超细粉或丹参水煎液低、高剂量可明显减轻模型大鼠静脉血栓的湿重和干重(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论丹参超细粉与丹参水煎液有抗凝血和抗血栓作用,等剂量比较作用强度相近。
Objective To compare the effect of Danshen ultrafine powder and Danshen decoction on anticoagulant and in vivo thrombosis in rats. Establishment of rat inferior vena cava ligation model, said the wet weight and dry weight of venous thrombosis. Results Compared with the model group, the PT of rats in the high-dose Salvia miltiorrhiza or Danshen decoction high-dose group was significantly prolonged (P <0.05); the TT in the Salvia miltiorrhiza ultrafine powder low and high dose groups was significantly prolonged (P <0.01); Salvia miltiorrhiza The content of FIB in decoction high dose group was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with model group, Danshen ultrafine powder or Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction low and high dose can obviously reduce the wet weight and dry weight of venous thrombus in model rats (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Danshen ultrafine powder and Salvia decoction anticoagulant and antithrombotic effect, the same dose of similar intensity.
