At present, there are usually two sources for the vocal teacher resources in higher vocational art schools. One is to cultivate top graduates or postgraduates graduating from high-level institutions. The other is to introduce some accomplished actresses who, once employed, enter the classroom Teaching, did not carry out any post training; in teaching, they often placed great trust and expectation on them, let them let them engaged in teaching; here overlooked an important reality: outstanding students are not equal to outstanding teachers, the famous Actors are not equal to well-known teachers; as they change roles and embark on teacher roles, they also need to learn to face changes in the nature of work and job requirements.
