目的:制订云南省预防艾滋病母婴传播工作效果评估指标体系。方法:利用改进的Delphi专家咨询法,选择省、州(市)、县(市、区)卫生局、妇幼保健院从事预防艾滋病母婴传播工作专家60名,通过两轮专家咨询筛选指标。结果:两轮咨询,专家问卷回收率为80.0%和95.8%;判断系数Ca总和均在0.8以上,熟悉程度系数Cs在0.5～0.7之间,权威程度Cr在0.70～0.80之间;专家协调系数ω为0.208和0.251。结论:咨询专家的代表性强,积极性较高,权威性、协调性较好,获得的评价指标及参考权重可用以预防艾滋病母婴传播工作效果综合评价。
Objective: To formulate the index system of evaluating the effect of prevention of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS in Yunnan Province. Methods: Sixty expert experts engaged in the prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV / AIDS were selected by health bureau of provincial, prefectural (city) and county (city and district) health centers using improved Delphi expert consultation method. The indexes were screened through two rounds of expert consultation. Results: The recovery rates of two questionnaires and expert questionnaires were 80.0% and 95.8% respectively. The sum of the judgment coefficients Ca was above 0.8, the familiarity coefficient Cs was between 0.5 and 0.7, and the authoritative degree Cr was between 0.70 and 0.80. The expert coordination coefficient ω is 0.208 and 0.251. Conclusion: Consultants with strong representativeness, high motivation, authority and coordination are good, and the evaluation indexes and reference weights obtained can be used to prevent the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of mother-to-child transmission of AIDS.
