基于5-硝基巴比土酸对增塑的PVC膜中苯并噁唑类化合物的荧光猝灭作用,研制 了测定水溶液中5-硝基巴比土酸的荧光光纤传感器。传感器具有重现性高,选择性、可逆性 好,响应时间短,操作简便等特点,对5-硝基巴比土酸的检出限为9.52 ×10-7mol/L。将所研 制的传感器用于合成样品中5-硝基巴比土酸回收率的测定,结果令人满意。
Based on the fluorescence quenching of benzoxazoles in plasticized PVC films by 5-nitrobubic acid, a fluorescence optical fiber sensor for the determination of 5-nitrobabenzotrific acid in aqueous solution was developed. The sensor has the characteristics of high reproducibility, selectivity, good reversibility, short response time and easy operation. The detection limit of 5-nitrobabenzonic acid is 9.52 × 10-7mol / L. The developed sensor was applied to the determination of 5-nitrobenzobutyrate in synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
