通过对济南军区两年疾病监测工作的回顾与总结，认为领导的重视与支持和科学管理，是开展疾病监测工作的关键和重要环节。深入细致的调查研究与检查评比、奖优惩劣，是发现与解决问题促进各项制度落实的有效手段。只有淡化单纯指标意识，讲究实事求是，提高疫情报告率，才能正确地制定与评价疾病防治措施，提高卫生防病能力。
Through reviewing and summarizing the two years’ disease surveillance work in Jinan Military Region, it is believed that the emphasis and support given by leaders and scientific management are the key and important links in disease surveillance. In-depth and meticulous investigation and research, examination and evaluation, and rewarding and punishing malfeasance are effective measures for finding and resolving problems and promoting the implementation of various systems. Only by weakening the awareness of simple indicators, paying attention to seeking truth from facts, and raising the reporting rate of epidemic situations, can we correctly formulate and evaluate disease prevention and control measures and improve our health and disease prevention capabilities.
