“善净人道十六法”有两种不同内容的记载:第一种是不含“十善法”之“善净人道十六法”;第二种是含“十善法”之“善净人道十六法”。藏族传统法律不仅注重一般法律所规范的人的权利与义务,更加强调道德对众生、他人、对社会所要承担的责任和履行的义务。后宏期的藏文法典及历史文献普遍认为,“善净人道十六法”是古代藏地区的主要立法依据,也是当时社会伦理中最具代表性的道德准则。
There are two kinds of records of the content of “Good Law of Humanity and the Sixteen Laws”: the first is the “Sixteen Laws of Goodness and Humanity” without “ten good laws” and the second one is “ Ten good law ”“ good humanity sixteen law ”. The Tibetan traditional law not only pays attention to the rights and obligations of the people regulated by the general law, but also emphasizes the moral obligations to beings, other people and the society as well as the obligations to be fulfilled. After the macro period of the Tibetan legal code and historical documents generally agreed that “good humanity sixteen law ” is the main legislative basis for the ancient Tibetan areas, but also the most representative of the social ethics of the code of ethics.
