对某流动式起重机所用分动箱内出现的齿轮失效形式进行了分析,对40Cr Mn齿轮材料、表面硬度和金相组织进行了检测。结果表明:齿轮轮齿失效的主要原因是由于齿轮轮齿组织为珠光体和铁素体,表面硬度低。润滑不良是造成齿轮轮齿表面发生退火效应和脱碳的直接原因。对润滑系统进行改进,可解决分动箱齿轮失效问题。
The failure modes of gears appeared in the transfer box used in a mobile crane were analyzed and the 40Cr Mn gear materials, surface hardness and microstructure were tested. The results show that the main reason of gear tooth failure is that the gear tooth structure is pearlite and ferrite, and the surface hardness is low. Poor lubrication is the direct cause of annealing and decarburization on the surface of gear teeth. Improve the lubrication system to solve the transfer case gear failure problem.
