目的了解蚌埠地区各高校在校大学生抑郁和焦虑现状及其影响因素。方法方便抽取蚌埠地区3所大学不同专业不同年级在校大学生共计6192人,使用自评抑郁量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行问卷调查。结果蚌埠地区大学生抑郁报告率31.5%,焦虑报告率11.0%。不同城乡、学校类型、年级以及父母亲文化程度的大学生抑郁焦虑报告率差异均有统计学意义。其中大学生抑郁焦虑状态报告率均为非医学院校高于医学院校,且随着年级的升高而升高(P<0.05);抑郁状态报告率随父亲文化程度的升高而降低(P<0.05),而焦虑状态报告率随母亲文化程度的升高而降低(P<0.05)。结论蚌埠地区大学生抑郁焦虑状况较严重。学校类型、年级、父母亲文化程度等因素均会影响大学生抑郁焦虑情绪的发生。
Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of depression and anxiety among undergraduates in colleges and universities in Bengbu. Methods A total of 6192 undergraduates from 3 different universities in Bengbu were enrolled in this study. SDS and SAS were used for questionnaire survey. Results The reported rate of depression in college students in Bengbu was 31.5% and the rate of anxiety was 11.0%. There were significant differences in reported rates of depression and anxiety among college students from different urban and rural areas, school type, grade and parental education level. The prevalence of depression and anxiety among college students was higher than that of non-medical colleges, and increased with the grade (P <0.05). The prevalence of depression was lower with the increase of their educational level (P <0.05), while the anxiety status reporting rate decreased with the increase of mother’s educational level (P <0.05). Conclusion Depression and anxiety among college students in Bengbu are more serious. School type, grade, parental education and other factors will affect the occurrence of depression and anxiety among college students.
