为了新版中国新车评价规程(C-NCAP)能够有效地辨识车辆被动安全性能,通过对中国现有车辆前端外观参数的统计分析,确定影响车辆侧面碰撞安全性能的主要参数,并提出代表中国车辆特性的“平均”车型,在此基础上提出符合中国工况的移动壁障参数。将该新型移动壁障与2015版C-NCAP和2015版欧洲新车评价规程(Euro-NCAP)所采用的移动壁障参数进行对比分析,并采用3种类型移动壁障进行3次针对同一车型的实车侧面碰撞试验,提出了符合中国实际工况的侧面碰撞试验评价方法。结果表明:不同移动壁障参数对车辆侧面车门侵入量、车门侵入速度和假人损伤都有较大影响;移动壁障质量越大、蜂窝铝保险杠下沿离地高度越高、车门的侵入量越大,车门侵入速度也越高;对于乘员损伤来说,新型移动壁障和2015版Euro-NCAP用壁障试验结果对假人损伤时刻比2015版C-NCAP用壁障结果时刻要提前,且新型壁障峰值更大;研究结果对推动中国汽车被动安全发展和车辆侧面安全防护提升具有重要意义。
In order to effectively identify the passive safety of vehicles, the C-NCAP can effectively identify the vehicle’s passive safety performance. Through the statistical analysis of the appearance parameters of the existing vehicle front-end in China, the main parameters that affect the safety performance of the vehicle side-impact are determined. “Average ” model, based on which the proposed mobile barrier parameters in line with China’s conditions. The results show that the parameters of different moving barriers have a significant impact on the amount of vehicle door intrusion, the speed of door penetration and the damage to the dummy. The larger the moving barrier, the higher the height of the cellular aluminum bumper along the ground, The greater the amount, the higher the intrusion rate of the door; for the occupant damage, the new mobile barrier and the 2015 Euro-NCAP barrier test results showed that the damage time to the dummy was earlier than the 2015 barrier barrier results for C-NCAP , And the peak value of the new type of barrier is larger. The research results are of great importance to promote the passive and safe development of the automobile in China and enhance the safety protection of the side of the vehicle.
