采用金属型重力铸造方式,借助有限元分析软件模拟了镁合金管接头铸件的充型和凝固过程。对铸件的充型过程,温度场变化及可能产生的缺陷进行了分析,并依据分析结果对工艺进行了改进。
The metal gravity casting method was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of magnesium alloy pipe fittings with finite element analysis software. The casting filling process, the temperature field changes and possible defects were analyzed, and based on the results of the analysis of the process has been improved.
