研究超声波钻井液测漏仪的校准装置和井下测试方法,以TMS320VC33浮点数字信号处理器作为井下仪器的核心器件,对两只性能相同的超声波传感器进行实时对发和对收控制,并完成流速测量、流速计算等数据处理、存储与回放。研制井下仪器的同时,还研制了配套的地面软件,可自动生成流速与深度关系曲线。通过研究,提高了流速测量精度,解决了传统的温度测量法和转子测量不准确、故障率高的问题。试验和使用结果表明,所研制的超声波钻井液测漏仪性能良好,测量结果准确。
The calibration device and downhole test method of ultrasonic drilling fluid leak detector are studied.
