针对流化床气流粉碎分级机控制不同种类物料的持料量,通过理论分析与实验结果比较,得出不同气固浓度对气流粉碎效率的影响.给出并验证了流化床粉碎分级机内持料量的计算公式,持料量的大小与气流粉碎机的结构大小、底部形状,粉碎物料的密度和流动参数等相关.实验测得不同密度的物料其持料量基本分布在理论持料量线的附近,且实际持料量随密度增加而增大.而密度较小的物料实际持料量要高于理论持料量,密度较大的物料则相反.探讨了持料量的控制方式,用气流粉碎区的背压高低间接反映出粉碎流场中的持料量是一种经济、可行的方法.同时进料颗粒粒度分布最好在38~100μm,还要考虑物料特性和加工粒度的要求.
