听课,是课堂教学管理中一个不可缺少的环节,但是,由于校长的观点、理解、认识、理念等不同,听课的效果和作用也不尽相同,有的重在评估、有的重在监督、有的重在研究等等。不管出于何种目的,听课都能促进上课的教师提高课堂教学的质量,提高课堂教学的艺术。对于校长而言,听课活动也是学校管理的一个重要组成部分,是强化教学管理的有力措施。作为学校领导,要把听课活动作为工作的一部分,但是在现实中,校长进课堂的越来越少了,这不能不说是学校发展的一种隐患。
