合成具有抗辐射活性的磷化合物是发展辐射防护剂的一个重要方面。本文综合报道几种类型磷化合物的合成方法及抗辐射活性。 1.二烷基磷酰氰酯 二乙基磷酰氰酯最早由Saunders等所合成。后来日本工作者对前人的方法曾进行过一些改变,就在这时候,作者和戴昌世提出一种新合成法,即用二烷基亚磷酸酯(5)在四氯化碳中与氰化钠在适当条件下反应,得磷酰氰酯(1)。结果满意。反应式如下:
