麻黄碱与茚三酮在加热条件下能发生颜色反应,其反应产物在可见光区450~700nm间有一理想吸收峰(λmax=567nm),该峰的一阶导数光谱526.8nm波长处的振幅值与麻黄碱的浓度呈良好的线性(r=0.9999)且灵敏度较高(最低有效检出量为4μg/ml)、稳定性好(回收试验:x=98.75%,RSD=0.16%,n=6)。
Ephedrine and ninhydrin can react with color under heating conditions. The reaction product has an ideal absorption peak (λmax=567 nm) in the visible region between 450 and 700 nm. The first derivative spectrum of this peak has an amplitude value at a wavelength of 526.8 nm. The concentration of ephedrine was well linear (r=0.9999) with high sensitivity (the minimum effective detection amount was 4 μg/ml) and good stability (recovery test: x=98.75%, RSD=0.16 %, n=6).
