目的探讨口腔种植时循环风持续消毒对口腔种植手术室空气质量的影响。方法设计试验组和对照组,试验组口腔种植手术同时用循环风消毒机对空气进行消毒,对口腔种植前、后的手术室空气进行细菌采样;对照组口腔种植时,不进行循环风消毒,空气采样同试验组,分析两组菌落数的变化。结果试验组与对照组在口腔种植手术前均未进行空气消毒,两组菌数无差别。口腔种植手术后试验组菌数明显少于口腔种植手术前;对照组菌数高于手术前。结论口腔种植手术时循环风持续消毒有利于改善手术室空气质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous disinfection of circulating air on the air quality of oral operating room during oral implant. Methods The experimental group and the control group were designed. In the experimental group, the air was disinfected by the circulating air disinfection machine and the air in the operating room before and after the oral cavity planting was sampled. In the oral cavity of the control group, Air sampling with the test group, analysis of changes in the number of colonies two groups. Results The experimental group and the control group were not air disinfected before oral implant surgery, there was no difference between the two groups. The number of bacteria in experimental group after oral implant surgery was significantly less than that before oral implant surgery; the number of bacteria in control group was higher than that before operation. Conclusion Continuous oral disinfection of dental implants is helpful to improve the air quality in operating room.
