研究了在SO_3H-功能化离子液体(SFIL)-水/四氢呋喃(THF)双液相体系中一锅法催化转化纤维素为5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的反应,分别考察了催化剂种类、酸度、用量、反应温度和反应时间对纤维素转化效率的影响.结果表明:在H_2O/THF双液相体系中,催化剂的活性不仅与其酸度相关,还与SO3H-功能化离子液体的结构有关;其中,N-(3-磺酸基丙基)吡啶硫酸氢盐([PSPy]HSO4)具有最佳的催化活性.
The one-pot catalytic conversion of cellulose to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) in SO_3H-functionalized ionic liquid (SFIL) -water / tetrahydrofuran (THF) two-liquid system was investigated. The effects of catalyst type, Acidity, dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the conversion efficiency of cellulose were investigated.The results showed that the activity of the catalyst was not only related to its acidity, but also to the structure of SO3H-functionalized ionic liquid in H_2O / THF two-liquid system. Among them, N- (3-sulfopropyl) pyridine hydrogen sulfate ([PSPy] HSO4) has the best catalytic activity.
