目的:探讨疏肝益肾汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗无排卵性不孕症的临床疗效及对性激素的影响。方法:90例无排卵性不孕症就诊患者采用随机按数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组给予疏肝益肾汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗;对照组给予枸橼酸氯米芬治疗。两组疗程均为3个月经周期。采用B超监测卵泡发育情况,统计排卵率、妊娠率和流产率;酶联免疫法测定血清睾酮(T),泌乳素(PRL),促黄体生成素(LH),雌二醇(E2),卵泡刺激素(FSH)的水平。结果:治疗后治疗组的排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05),流产率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的月经不调例数低于对照组(P<0.05),月经量少、色黯例数低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组的患者子宫内膜厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的睾酮、泌乳素、黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组雌二醇水平均降低,组间差异无统计学意义。结论:疏肝益肾汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬可温肾助阳,疏肝调经,能提高无排卵性不孕症患者的妊娠率,临床疗效优于单纯的枸橼酸氯米芬治疗。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Yishen Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of anovulatory infertility and its effect on sex hormones. Methods: 90 cases of anovulatory infertility patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the table of 45 cases. The treatment group was given Shugan Yishen Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate treatment; the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate. Two groups of treatment are 3 menstrual cycle. The follicular development was monitored by B ultrasound, and the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and abortion rate were calculated. Serum testosterone (T), prolactin (PRL), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels. Results: After treatment, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the abortion rate was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the number of irregular menstruation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of testosterone, Prolactin, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone levels were lower than the control group (P <0.05); estradiol levels were reduced in both groups, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: Shugan Yishen Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate can improve the pregnancy rate of patients with anovulatory infertility, and its clinical curative effect is better than that of clomiphene citrate alone .
