随着中国列车运行的高速化发展,对车轮质量与检测水平的要求也越来越高。将超声波相控阵技术应用到车轮检测中,着重对车轮内部缺陷的相控阵扫描图像进行分析,还利用仿真软件对车轮产品中轮缘、轮缘根部以及踏面和一定深度内的轮辋区域进行相控阵声束覆盖模拟。研究表明,超声波相控阵技术丰富了车轮超声波无损检测的手段。
With the rapid development of China’s train operation, the requirements on the quality and testing level of the wheels are also getting higher and higher. The ultrasonic phased array technology is applied to the wheel inspection, focusing on the analysis of the phased array scan images of the wheel internal defects. The rim, the rim root and the wheel rim rim area within a certain depth are also simulated by the simulation software Phased array sound beam coverage simulation. The research shows that the ultrasonic phased array technology has enriched the means of wheel ultrasonic non-destructive testing.
