本文以参加96年全国田径锦标赛男子跳远决赛的11名选手为研究对象,以定点高速摄影、影片解析和数量统计为主要研究方法,对助跑最后一步摆动腿着地姿态的某些技术参数进行生物力学分析。结果表明:助跑最后一步摆动腿支撑阶段与短距支撑阶段的动作机制存在本质区别;摆动腿着地姿态对形成上板节奏。垂直工作效果及摆动腿摆动速度的最大值有重要影响。
In this paper, 11 athletes who took part in the men’s long jump final of the 96th National Athletics Championships were selected as the research objects. Taking the fixed-point high-speed photography, video analysis and quantitative statistics as the main research methods, some technical parameters of swinging the last leg swinging towards the ground were biomechanics analysis. The results show that there is an essential difference in the action mechanism between the swing leg support stage and the short-stay support stage in the final step of the run-up; the swinging leg ground contact posture forms the upper board tempo. The vertical working effect and the maximum swinging leg swing speed have a significant impact.
