换热器板片周边的焊接原采用手工氩弧焊方法完成,存在着焊接变形大,生产效率低,表面质量较差等缺点。为了提高该产品的制造工艺及质量,我们开发研制了一套“新型FNZ—125×2型换热器板片自动缝焊机组”。 本机组是专为换热器板片缝焊工序设计制造的,主要用于焊接0.5~1.2mm换热器板片的制造。采用双缝同时焊接工艺,既提高了焊接速度,又减少了变形,同时亦可用于类似产品和工艺的制造。
The welding around the heat exchanger plate is completed by manual argon arc welding method, which has the disadvantages of large welding deformation, low production efficiency and poor surface quality. In order to improve the manufacturing process and quality of the product, we have developed a set of “new FNZ-125 × 2 heat exchanger plate automatic seam welding unit.” The unit is designed for the heat exchanger plate seam welding process design and manufacture, mainly for welding 0.5 ~ 1.2mm heat exchanger plate manufacturing. The use of double-seam welding process at the same time, not only improve the welding speed, but also reduce the deformation, but also for the manufacture of similar products and processes.
