观察Ⅱ型糖尿病患者在进食不同含量水溶性纤维食物后血糖及胰岛素的变化。一组23例于第1、2d 晨分别进食总热量相仿的普通早餐和富含水溶性纤维的什锦粥。后者早餐后1h 及2h 血糖明显低于普通餐后的相应血糖值。另一组7例于第1、2d 晨分别进食总热量及三大营养素含量相仿的普通早餐和什锦粥,后者餐后第1、2、4h 血糖和胰岛素及4h 内血糖和胰岛素曲线下面积皆显著低于普通早餐后的相应值。全部患者对富含水溶性纤维的什锦粥反应较好,无不适反应。
To observe the changes of blood glucose and insulin in patients with type II diabetes after eating different content of water-soluble fiber foods. A group of 23 patients in the first and second morning respectively, the total calorie normal breakfast and water-soluble fiber-rich muesli. The latter 1h and 2h after breakfast blood glucose was significantly lower than the corresponding normal postprandial blood glucose. Another group of 7 cases in the first two days of morning, respectively, the total calorie intake and three nutrient content of ordinary breakfast and muesli, which postprandial 1,2,4 h blood glucose and insulin and within 4h of blood glucose and insulin under the curve area All significantly lower than the normal value after breakfast. All patients responded better to the water-soluble fiber-rich mush without any discomfort.
