在一般轴承产品中所使用的润滑脂均存在以下两个问题,即1.成本高,因是用锂皂稠化双酯;2.防锈性能欠佳,因在润滑脂内无防锈添加剂,产品不到一年就会出现大量的锈蚀现象。针对以上情况,上海微型轴承厂与无锡炼油厂共同试制了17~＃二用脂。此种二用脂是以羟基硬脂酸锂稠化低凝固点矿油而成,并含有抗氧剂,防锈添加剂和结构改进剂。 此种二用脂主要用于仪表和电器设备中的球轴承的润滑,使用温度为-40～120℃。文中介绍了17~＃二用脂的规格,理化试验结果及模拟性能试验结果。
