[目的]探讨结肠镜下热极治疗息肉的效果。[方法]对结肠镜下诊断为肠息肉56例(72颗)进行热极治疗,其中3颗结合使用高频电治疗,4周后复查,观察治疗效果。[结果]72颗息肉全部清除,清除率100%。4周后复查,72颗息肉愈合良好,愈合率达100%。[结论]热极治疗肠息肉操作简单、快捷,安全可靠,效果明显,经济方便,值得推广。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of colon heat electrode treatment of polyps. [Method] 56 cases (72) diagnosed as colon polyps by colonoscopy were treated by hot electrode. Among them, 3 were combined with high-frequency electric therapy and were reviewed after 4 weeks. The therapeutic effects were observed. [Result] All the 72 polyps were cleared, the clearance rate was 100%. Four weeks after the review, 72 polyps healed well, the healing rate of 100%. [Conclusion] The treatment of intestinal polyps by hot electrode is simple, rapid, safe and reliable, with obvious effect and economic convenience, which deserves promotion.
