目的探讨医院消毒供应中心管腔器械手工清洗的方法,提高清洗质量。方法将消毒供应中心回收的200件管腔器械随机分为2组,每组100件。对照组采用传统的毛刷刷洗、多酶浸泡、超声清洗的手工清洗方法;实验组采用蒸汽清洗、多酶浸泡、超声清洗的手工清洗方法,比较两组器械清洗后的质量。结果实验组的清洁度明显高于对照组。结论采用蒸汽清洗技术,可显著提高管腔器械的清洗质量。
Objective To explore the method of manual cleaning of lumen instruments in hospital disinfection supply center to improve the cleaning quality. Methods The 200 pieces of lumen devices recovered from the disinfection and supply center were randomly divided into two groups of 100 pieces each. The control group used the traditional brush scrubbing, multi-enzyme soaking and ultrasonic cleaning manual cleaning method. The experimental group used the manual cleaning method of steam cleaning, multi-enzyme soaking and ultrasonic cleaning to compare the quality of the two devices after cleaning. Results The cleanliness of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The steam cleaning technology can significantly improve the quality of the lumen instruments.
