本文首次建立了一个简单而准确的高效液相色谱法指纹图谱方法,对草木樨药材不同收获时间和不同的应用部分,包括种子,茎和整个地上部分进行了系统评价。结果采用线性梯度洗脱, 乙腈和0.1%磷酸水为流动相, 柱温25 °C,检测波长为210 nm。该高效液相色谱指纹图谱表明,不同药用部分有12个相同的共有峰和8个相同的共有指纹峰。说明高效液相色谱指纹图谱可用于草木樨属植物质量评价,同时本文研究方法和思路也可用于其他中药的质量和分析研究。
In this paper, a simple and accurate high performance liquid chromatography fingerprinting method was established for the first time. The systematic evaluation of the different harvesting time and different applied parts, including seeds, stems, and the entire above-ground part of A. sinensis was performed. The results were linear gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase. The column temperature was 25 °C and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. The HPLC fingerprint showed that there were 12 identical common peaks and 8 identical fingerprint peaks in different medicinal fractions. It indicated that high performance liquid chromatographic fingerprint could be used to evaluate the quality of Acer genus, and the methods and ideas in this paper could also be applied to the quality and analysis of other traditional Chinese medicines.
