目的:探讨阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2016年7月-2017年7月在我院就诊的80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,按照随机分配的原则将其分为研究组和对照组。其中,对照组患者应用克拉霉素联合果胶铋的治疗方法进行治疗,研究组应用阿莫西林联合果胶铋的治疗方法进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的治疗效果以及不良反应的发生率。结果:研究组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组患者出现的不良反应情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床过程中,阿莫西林联合果胶铋的治疗方法效果更为显著,且患者基本不会出现不良反应,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of amoxicillin combined with pectin bismuth in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: A total of 80 chronic atrophic gastritis patients treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group. Among them, the control group patients treated with clarithromycin combined with pectin bismuth treatment, the study group was treated with amoxicillin combined with pectin bismuth treatment. The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of treatment in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly less than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in the clinical course, the treatment of amoxicillin combined with pectin bismuth effect is more significant, and the basic no adverse reactions in patients, it is worth further clinical application.
