源于美国的金融危机席卷全球,与国际经济联系紧密的航运市场受到极大的冲击。国家出台船舶在内的十大产业振兴规划对于如何发展船舶融资租赁给出了政策倾斜,而且金融机构也对船舶产业大有信心,大部分航运企业对融资租赁这一融资手段产生兴趣,但经营性的船舶租赁在航运企业中运用比较多,更有甚者是将融资租赁采取可能的方法转化为经营性船舶租赁。究其原因,是因为船舶的经营性与融资性租赁的分类存在着不确定性。本文分析现行的关于租赁分类存在的问题,并给出解决建议。
The financial crisis originating from the United States has swept the world and the shipping market closely linked with the international economy has been greatly affected. The ten major industry revitalization plans issued by the state, such as shipping, give a policy bias on how to develop the financial leasing of ships. Financial institutions are also greatly confident about the shipping industry. Most shipping companies are interested in financing means of financing leasing. However, In the case of shipping companies, sexual ship leasing is more used, and what is more is to convert the possible ways of financing leases into operating ship leasing. The reason is that there is uncertainty in the classification of the operating and financing leases of ships. This article analyzes the existing problems about the lease classification, and gives suggestions for settlement.
