【目的】脑脉I号胶囊为治疗中风中脏腑阴闭证的临床有效制剂 ,主要由黄芪、天麻、石菖蒲、川芎等组成 ,实验旨在优选该方的提取工艺。【方法】采用均匀设计法 ,以黄芪甲甙含量、干固物得率为指标 ,考察药材的提取时间、提取次数、溶媒量、乙醇浓度 4个因素对提取工艺的影响。【结果】最佳提取工艺为 :A6 B2 C3D3,即溶剂为 75%乙醇、溶剂用量为 6倍、提取 6 0min、提取次数为 3次。【结论】均匀设计法适用于中药复方制剂提取工艺中多因素的优选实验。
【Objective】Nongmai I capsule is a clinically effective preparation for the treatment of viscera and hernia due to stroke. It is mainly composed of Radix Astragali, Tianma, Shichangpu and Chuanxiong. The experiment aims to optimize the extraction process of this prescription. 【Methods】 Uniform design method was used to evaluate the effects of extraction time, extraction times, solvent volume and ethanol concentration on the extraction process with the content of astragaloside and dry solids. [Results] The optimal extraction process was: A6 B2 C3D3, ie, the solvent was 75% ethanol, the solvent amount was 6 times, the extraction time was 60 min, and the extraction times were 3 times. [Conclusion] The uniform design method is suitable for the multifactorial optimization experiment in the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations.
