针对中小型液压试验台比例溢流阀开环加载易受流量影响,以及作为压力阀不能实现流量加载的缺陷,提出了闭环加载控制策略,不仅实现比例溢流阀压力加载的精确性,而且实现了比例溢流阀流量加载,拓展了比例溢流阀的应用范围,同时也增加了实验研究所需的负载类型。为实现动力源特性、电液控制算法、机电液耦合特性等方面的研究提供了接近实际工况的模拟加载技术。
Aiming at the defect that the open-loop loading of the proportional relief valve in small and medium-sized hydraulic test bench is easily affected by the flow rate and the flow-load can not be achieved as the pressure valve, a closed-loop loading control strategy is proposed to not only achieve the accuracy of the pressure- The proportional relief valve flow loading, expanding the scope of the application of proportional relief valve, but also increased the type of load required for experimental study. In order to realize the power source characteristics, the electro-hydraulic control algorithm, the mechatronic coupling characteristics and so on, the simulation loading technology is provided which is close to the actual working condition.
