Different media and some of its chemical composition of a great impact on the growth of mushrooms, the composition of the influencing factors is a very complex process. To this end, we use four strains of Pleurotus ostreatus and Shiitake genus from the genus Pleuroneceae to study the effect of the chemical composition of the culture on mycelial growth.
