认识价值是一切投资活动的依据和前提,需要运用经济学,会计学投资学等方面的知识进行分析。本文以下四个部分构成:第一部分介绍我国的宏观情况,从整个宏观经济的发看房地产的发展趋势。第二部分是分析房地产市场的发展过程和现状。第三部分是进行财务分析,从该公司的利润构成,现金流量,以其他相似企业为参照物进行的估价,从而对股票价值进行整体分析。第四部分是总结以上结果,给出投资建议。
To understand the value is the basis and premise of all investment activities, and needs to be analyzed with the knowledge of economics and accounting investment. This article is composed of the following four parts: The first part introduces the macroeconomic situation in our country, and reviews the development trend of real estate from the macroeconomic perspective. The second part is to analyze the real estate market development process and the status quo. The third part is the financial analysis, from the company’s profit composition, cash flow, with other similar enterprises as the reference value of the valuation, so as to conduct a holistic analysis of the stock value. The fourth part is to summarize the above results, given investment advice.
