腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LAPROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY)简称LC,是近年来迅速发展起来的一种新型外科技术。它通过内窥镜电视显象来切除胆囊病灶,无需开腹,具有创伤小,手术时间短,失血少,恢复快等优点。本文从卫生经济角度,通过费用—效用分析法对LC术和开腹胆囊切除术进行比较研究,结合现有文献和资料,对LC术在我国的应用和发展提出建议,供决策者参考。
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LAPROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY) referred to as LC is a new type of surgical technique developed rapidly in recent years. It removes gallbladder lesions by endoscopic video imaging without the need for an open abdomen. It has the advantages of less trauma, shorter operative time, less blood loss, and faster recovery. This article from the perspective of health and economics, cost-effective analysis of LC surgery and open cholecystectomy comparative study, combined with the existing literature and data, on the LC application in China’s application and development of recommendations for decision-makers reference.
