点突变是 c-Ha-ras 癌基因激活的常见途径之一,我们采用寡核苷酸杂交方法可以直接检测 c-Ha-ras 癌基因第十二位密码子的点突变,将其与体外基因扩增技术结合起来检测癌基因点突变,亦获满意结果,该方法的建立,有助于癌变机理、肿瘤的早期诊断等方面的研究。
Point mutation is one of the common ways of c-Ha-ras oncogene activation. We use oligonucleotide hybridization method to directly detect the point mutation of the 12th codon of c-Ha-ras oncogene and compare it with in vitro gene Amplification technology combined detection of cancer gene point mutations, also obtained satisfactory results, the establishment of this method contribute to the mechanism of cancer, early diagnosis of cancer and other aspects of research.
