高职院校市场营销专业建设必须引入营销理论与方法才能促进营销人才质量的提高,符合社会与企业需求。其中产品策略是营销组合策略的核心,运用产品策略开展市场营销专业建设。本文以ZT学院为例,首先要通过招生宣传提升人才产品原材料的质;其次通过人才产品定位、培养模式创新、课程体系建设、课程标准改进和教学团队提升来改进人才产品加工的全过程;最后要通过日常教学管理和毕业生跟踪调查来实施人才质量管理。因此产品策略应用在高职院校市场营销专业建设中,对营销人才产品质量的提升,市场营销专业长远发展都起到了至关重要的作用。
