本文对53例病变邻近胸壁的肺癌病人胸膜和胸壁侵润程度进行了超声显像评价。作者按外科分级相对应的级别进行超声分级,分四组,即μp-0、μp-1、μP-2、μP-3。本项研究所进行的分级与外科手术中发现的一致性是令人满意的,诊断总符合率为77%(41/53)。经超声显像被定为μP-0级的11例,符合率为73%(8/11);μp-1级者15例,符合率为47%(7/15);μp-2级者14例,符合率为86%(2/4);μp-3级者13例、符合率为100%。μp-3级是对选择疗法及判定预后最重要的一级。由此可见,该方法的应用在决定病人能否进行手术治疗及判定预后方面将起到重要作用。
In this paper, ultrasonic imaging was performed to assess the degree of invasion of thoracic and chest wall in 53 patients with lung cancer adjacent to the chest wall. The authors performed ultrasound grading according to the grade corresponding to the surgical grading and divided into four groups, namely μp-0, μp-1, μP-2, and μP-3. The grading performed in this study and the consistency found in the surgery were satisfactory, with a total diagnostic compliance rate of 77% (41/53). Ultrasound imaging was defined as 11 cases with μP-0 grade, the coincidence rate was 73% (8/11); 15 cases with μp-1 grade, the coincidence rate was 47% (7/15); μp-2 grade In 14 cases, the compliance rate was 86% (2/4); in the μp-3 group, there were 13 cases and the compliance rate was 100%. The μp-3 level is the most important level for selecting the therapy and determining the prognosis. Thus, the application of this method will play an important role in determining whether the patient can undergo surgical treatment and determine the prognosis.
