目的:探讨中药复方柔肝软坚冲剂对四氯化碳中毒性肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法:复制大鼠四氯化碳肝纤维化模型,以鳖甲煎丸作阳性对照组,经柔肝软坚冲剂干预后分别用生化法检测大鼠血清丙氨酸转移(ALT)、血清白蛋白(ALB),放免法检测血清透明质酸(HA)、层粘蛋白(LN)及Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)。同时观察大鼠肝组织病理学变化。结果:柔肝软坚冲剂可显著降低大鼠血清ALT,HA,LN及C-Ⅳ水平,升高ALB活性。病理组织学检查表明,用药各组肝纤维病理变化明显减轻。结论:柔肝软坚冲剂对实验性肝纤化大鼠肝细胞有保护作用及抗肝纤维化作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese compound compound Rougan Ruanjian Granule on carbon tetrachloride-toxic liver fibrosis. METHODS: Rat models of carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatic fibrosis were duplicated. Rat serum was used as a positive control group. Rat serum alanine transfer (ALT) and serum albumin were measured by biochemistry after intervention with Rougan Ruanjian Granules. (ALB), radioimmunoassay for serum hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), and type IV collagen (C-IV). At the same time, the histopathological changes of liver were observed. Results: Rougan Ruanjian Granules can significantly reduce the levels of serum ALT, HA, LN and C-IV and increase the activity of ALB in rats. Histopathological examination showed that the pathological changes of hepatic fibers were significantly reduced in each group. Conclusion: Rougan Ruanjian Granules have protective effects on hepatocytes of experimental liver fibrillation rats and anti-hepatic fibrosis.
