针对煤矿架空乘人装置缺乏可靠的断绳抓捕器,严重影响装置的安全性和可靠性等技术不足,提出一种柔性断绳抓捕器的设计方案。设计过程中,分析了架空乘人装置的工况特点及技术缺陷;基于分析结果,提出了架空乘人装置的优化方法并设计了新型柔性断绳抓捕装置;阐述了柔性断绳抓捕器的工作原理及过程,并分析了其可行性及适用性。
In view of the lack of a reliable wire-rope arrest device for the overhead manned device of mine and the serious influence on the safety and reliability of the device, a flexible cut-off rope arresting device design scheme is proposed. In the process of design, the working conditions and technical defects of the overhead passenger-carrying unit were analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the optimization method of the overhead passenger-carrying unit was proposed and a new flexible rope-breaking arresting device was designed. The working principle and process, and analyzes its feasibility and applicability.
