1986年云南海口磷矿率先将擦洗脱泥工艺应用于磷矿石加工，为云南的磷矿石找到了一条提高质量、增加效益的好路子。该工艺虽提高了磷矿石的品位，但回收率仅在75％左右，仍有大量的磷矿流到尾矿库中，造成巨大的资源浪费。因此，回收利用尾矿库中的磷资源，具有十分重要的意义
In 1986, Yunnan Haikou phosphate mine took the lead in applying scrubbing desliming technology to phosphate rock processing and found a good way to improve the quality and increase the benefit for phosphate rock in Yunnan.
