采用单波长锯齿扫描法测定了苍脂颗粒剂中补骨脂素的含量。并进行了方法学考查，回收率为 ９６. ７６％，线性范围为 ０．３８～１．９０μｇ，相关系数为 ０．９９９６。
Single-wavelength zigzag scanning method was used to determine the psoralen content in Cangzhi Granules. The methodological examination was carried out and the recovery rate was 96.66%. The linear range was 0.38-1.90 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.9996.
